Planning

Ongoing market and industry validation continues as further refinement of the technology is undertaken. In many instances this is in collaboration with potential third-parties, including industry partners and investors. If needed an additional round of capital rising may be undertaken.

A business plan including the deal structure and funding required to bring the technology to market is constructed. Industry partnerships via Licensing or a JV deal are negotiated or a Start-up company is formed to move the technology forward.
