Concept

This first step is focused on a quick assessment of the potential commercial opportunity for any new research or technology. This is initiated following the formal disclosure of new IP to ITEK. IP should be disclosed as early as possible and prior to public disclosure. All information regarding the technology/invention and a clear IP ownership needs to be provided.

Disclosure of new IP is straightforward and can be undertaken by completing and submitting the ITEK IP Registration form.
